What platform do you use for building websites?

I primarily use flexible platforms allowing for easy management. The specific platform can depend on your project's scope and needs.

Who is responsible for providing the website content?

The buyer is responsible for providing all text, images, and content for the website. Please have this ready to ensure a smooth process.

Do I need a domain name and hosting before starting?

No, but it is ideal to have your domain registered and hosting set up. I will need access details (or similar) to build and launch your site if you already have these. I can assist with this and answer questions regarding this in our onboarding conversation.

What is your process for designing the website?

The process follows milestones: Onboarding (Interview/Brief), Research, First Draft, Modifications based on feedback, and final Delivery.

Can I request revisions to the design?

Yes, each package includes one round of revisions. Provide all feedback at once after reviewing the first draft to use your revision effectively. All revisions must be completed before delivery.

What if I need features not listed in packages (e.g., e-commerce)?

Please message me before ordering if you need advanced features like e-commerce or specific integrations. We can discuss your requirements and create a custom offer.

What happens after the website is delivered?

You will have full ownership of the site files. For ongoing maintenance or future updates after the order is complete, feel free to contact me for a separate arrangement.
